• All vehicles are fully insured and equipped with safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, GPS, and a first aid box.
• All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed safari drivers.
• All participants booking the quad bike option must sign an indemnity form before the activity.
• Guests are recommended to take precautions when driving. Any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during quad biking are not covered by insurance.

Complimentary pick-up from any hotel or location within Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman & Port Rashid cruise terminal. Pickup from Al Maha Resort, Bab al-Shams Hotel, Jebel Ali, Investment City, and Discovery Garden is available only with an additional fee.

By UAE law, pregnant ladies, people with heart & back problems, and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed in shared dune bashing activity by car.

Important due to COVID-19:

• Protective masks must be worn on all commercial vehicles/modes of transport.
• The number of places is limited in order to avoid crowds.
• Passengers are only allowed in masks. Please, take your mask with you.
• Social distancing is provided in vehicles.
• All equipment and facilities are regularly disinfected.

The Company will not be held responsible for any changes made to the program due to the weather, sea conditions, accident, or any other reason that may modify the program, changes are made for the safety and comfort of all the guest’s. Base on the above no refunds can be given.
