• For wheelchair guests: Our Captain and Crew are more than happy to assist.
• Depending on the sea conditions, you may expect few sprinkles and splashes whilst on the tour. On normal sea conditions, all guests stay dry on board. In the event of winds and choppy seas, you will be advised accordingly by your Captain prior boarding.
• Please be advised that all passengers must remain inside the boat throughout the duration of the tour. The stopovers are for photo opportunities and live commentary.
• Seating arrangement is based on a first come, first serve basis. But, as our boats are open, rest assured that you will get a 360-degree view of all the attractions on any seat you choose.
• Please wear flat-soled shoes or beach sandals, and comfortable, light clothing.
• If you have a heart condition or any physical restrictions, you are advised to consult your local doctor before taking part in this activity. Please notify the local supplier on the day if this procedure has been carried out.

• Please arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter at the designated Dubai Marina (Pier 7 Valet). Please make the operations team aware when you arrive.
• By Metro: arrive at DMCC Metro Station
• By Taxi: drop off at Al Majara Towers
• By Car: parking at Marina Mall (3 hrs free)
• Valet Parking: Pier 7 (please validate ticket at departure point, AED 20 charges apply)

Important due to COVID-19:

• Protective masks must be worn on all commercial vehicles/modes of transport.
• The number of places is limited in order to avoid crowds.
• Passengers are only allowed in masks. Please, take your mask with you.
• Social distancing is provided in vehicles.
• All equipment and facilities are regularly disinfected.

The Company will not be held responsible for any changes made to the program due to the weather, sea conditions, accident, or any other reason that may modify the program, changes are made for the safety and comfort of all the guest’s. Base on the above no refunds can be given.
